Methodology - Statement of Intent

•My methodology will be focused mainly on abstraction, more specifically abstraction with shapes. The ideas I want to develop are playing around with layering, space, compositions, colour, distortion, improvised and thought through pieces of work, large and small works, pattern, simple and intricate, sharp and loose, as well as looking at shapes of objects and buildings. The process of my work will be producing art that allows me to experiment with shapes in different ways. I will experiment with paint, printing, collage, digital and sculpture.
